capital and swiss \"angel lenders\".

Press Release Body = Venture capital began in the United States in the early
1960\'s, but, was not introduced in Switzerland until 2001. An internet website
features rare information about the \"super-secret\" swiss venture capital industry
and swiss \"angel lenders\". The website is located at URL:
www.swissbankingsecrets.50megs.com

The VENTURE CAPITAL LAW of Switzerland authorizes the \"licensing\" of venture
capital funds and also authorizes the operation of non-licensed \"angel lenders\"
who make loans to startup companies in Switzerland. The amount of the loan is
dependent upon the conditions of the startup company and the amount of the loan
can vary. \"Angel Lenders\" are given \"tax exemption\" by the Swiss tax authorities
on the profits made on the angel loans. Many major swiss banks have formed an
\"Angel lending\" division, do to the tax exemption status and the lack of formal
regulation over the lending practices authorized and banking requirements of the
SWISS VENTURE CAPITAL LAW.
The \"angel loans\" can be for startup organizing capital, new equipment purchase,
working and/or operating capital, inventory financing, research and development
costs, bridge loans, machinery purchase loans, raw materials loans, corporate
formation loans, and/or for many other purposes. Very little Swiss government
regulation is involved for the \"angel lending\" practices, but, licensed venture
capital funds are regulated, similar to the regulation of swiss banks.
On the website at: www.swissbankingsecrets.50megs.com are listed the names of
major swiss venture capital funds (names of all swiss venture capital funds are
available). The largest swiss venture capital fund is CSAM - CREDIT SUISSE ASSET
MANAGEMENT with assets of more than $250 billion. CSAM finances over 100 VC
opportunities per year, most of them swiss startup companies or small
subsidiaries of major swiss corporations, like: Novartis, Nestles, SwissRe, and
Merck, etc. UBS - Union Bank of Switzerland also has a multi-billion dollar
venture capital fund. Both UBS and CSAM invest in other swiss banking companies
and/or companies thats function relates to swiss banking. And, both make
acquisitions (corporate overthrows) of other Swiss banks.
The website also lists the names of Swiss Billionaires. About 75 Swiss billionaires.
